DIY Self-Setup +
All products are intended for DIY/self-setup. Signature Social Events is not responsible for injury, damage or incidents resulting from incorrect setup, misuse, unsafe handling or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Child Safety +
Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around party products, decorations and accessories. Some products may contain small parts and decorative accessories which may not be suitable for unsupervised young children.
Balloon Safety +
Adult supervision is required around balloons and small decorative items. Broken balloons should be discarded immediately. Customers are responsible for assembling balloon kits themselves using included instructions.
Battery & LED Items +
Some kits may include battery-operated products and LED decorative items. Batteries should be kept out of reach of young children and used only as intended. Customers must follow the included safety instructions.
Photo & Display +
Product photos are for styling inspiration only. Colours, textures and decorative details may vary slightly depending on stock availability and screen settings.

What's included in each kit? +
Every kit is fully styled and includes drinks setup (where applicable), themed décor, games, photo props, and a step-by-step setup guide. See the individual kit pages for the full inclusion list. Alcohol and mixers are not included.
Do you ship Australia-wide? +
Yes — we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Tracking details are provided where applicable. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How far in advance should I order? +
Order with adequate time before your event. As a guide, we suggest 2-3 weeks for standard delivery and longer during peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.) or for personalised items. We're not responsible for delays once parcels are with Australia Post.
What's your refund policy? +
No change-of-mind refunds — store credit may be offered at our discretion. Personalised items are non-refundable once production starts. For damaged, faulty or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I customise the theme or colours? +
The Kids Little Celebration kit is fully customisable — pick your theme, colours and personalised details. The other Signature Collection SKUs have a locked aesthetic, but we can add a personalised name sign or detail on request — DM us before ordering.
How do I assemble the balloons? +
Balloon kits are designed for self-assembly using the included instructions. Adult supervision is required around balloons and small decorative items. Broken balloons should be discarded immediately.
