About us

This website is operated by Signature Social Events (ABN 68 873 746 823). By accessing or using this site, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

What we sell

Signature Social Events provides DIY party kits and styling products intended for self-setup by customers. Products are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. We do not provide event setup, installation, catering or supervision. Customers are responsible for safe setup, handling and supervision of all products once delivered.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion. Personalised or custom products are non-refundable once payment has been received and production or preparation has commenced.

Checkout agreement

Before placing an order you will be required to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and the safety information for the products you are ordering. No purchase will proceed without this agreement.

Substitution

Products, colours and decorative elements may vary slightly due to supplier availability and screen display differences. We reserve the right to substitute products with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the selected theme and aesthetic.

Event date responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time before their event. Signature Social Events is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, peak shipping periods, weather events or circumstances outside our control.

Safety & DIY setup

All products are intended for DIY/self-setup use. Signature Social Events is not responsible for injury, damage or incidents resulting from incorrect setup, misuse, unsafe handling or failure to follow provided instructions. Specific safety information is included with each kit and on the relevant product pages.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
