Before the day
Constant adult supervision +
An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use.
Weather and wind limits +
Inflatables cannot be used safely in high wind or storms. We monitor conditions and will contact you if the forecast means we need a backup plan.
Correct anchoring +
Every setup is anchored to manufacturer guidelines using pegs or sandbags appropriate to the surface.
Power and electrical safety +
Blowers run through an RCD safety switch on heavy-duty leads, kept clear of the play area.
Surface and location +
We confirm the setup surface, access and — for public locations — council requirements before your booking is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed once your deposit is paid, the hire agreement is accepted, your details are complete and we have confirmed availability for your date.
